Rise and Shine Fitness is the convenient place to go for your early morning group fitness classes and personal training sessions.  I offer a variety of fitness classes so you are bound to find something you enjoy and will stick with! Try Kickboxing with the Heavy Bags, Mat Pilates, a Morning Mash Up, Strength Training or Interval Training, TRX, Zumba, or a High Intensity Interval Training Class (H.I.T.T.).

At The Rise and Shine Fitness Studio, my approach is what makes me your fitness destination in Pepperell.  I have proudly continued operating since 2008. I often ask myself what is vitally important to clients, and arrive at a method that is efficient and effective. It doesn’t matter if you have never worked out before or are just ready to take it to the next level. At The Rise and Shine Fitness Studio I will help you get where you want to go.

KICKBOXING

Kickboxing classes combine a great cardiovascular workout with self-defense movements. These high energy class can be modified to suit your fitness level. We use the heavy bag so bring your Bag Gloves (or I have some to borrow).

STRENGTH TRAINING

Join in for Strength Training and exercise your way to a healthy body and mind. An all over body workout using any or all of the following: free weights, resistance bands, body bars, steps, medicine balls, swiss balls, TRX, balance boards, and/or the weight room equipment.

PILATES

Pilates class  is a great Core-Body Conditioning class.  Pilates will help you improve your core strength, muscle tone, and posture, while increasing your flexibility and balance.  

H.I.I.T.

This high intensity interval training class will incorporate movements of high intensity followed by short active rest periods.  The intervals include strength, cardio and a core-specific segment.  Tabata timing, Boot Camp segments, and core and flexibility movements will keep you coming back to this class for more!

MORNING MASH UP!

What is a Morning Mash Up? It's a combination of all the classes and then some!  This class may include Step, HIIT, Kickboxing, TRX, Core, Pilates, Strength, and/or Boot Camp segments.
